Goose Hummock Group Flycasting Lessons
Despite what the experts will tell you, becoming a proficient fly caster is not overly difficult...provided you have competent, experienced instruction and a willingness to learn.
Goose Hummock is proud to offer high quality, low intensity fly casting instruction in both group and private formats for the 2011 season.

Always wanted to learn to fly cast , but were hesitant due to cost of private instruction? Goose Hummock now offers group instruction ( limited to 6 participants per session) on a first come/ first serve basis .
This offering is a “dry land” class held at various locations around Orleans once a month on Saturdays at 9:00 a.m.
All equipment required will be provided to you at no extra cost, but feel free to bring your own rod and reel if you wish.
Cost for this class is $50.00 per person. Classes meet at Goose Hummock Main Store promptly at 9:00 a.m. on class days.
The focus of this “beginners” class will be the fundamentals of basic saltwater fly casting...more advanced techniques may be introduced towards the end of class.
Private Lessons
Need the “one on one” attention that only a private lesson can provide? Goose Hummock offers, by reservation, private fly casting instruction at a time and place convenient for your schedule.
As with the group instruction, all equipment required for this instruction will be provided at no extra cost.
Cost for private instruction is $50/ hour(2 hr min) and may be booked for groups up to 6.Private Lessons cannot be booked online..please call the store 508- 255-0455 and ask for Sean Fields or Garrett Lascola to schedule.
